17 Simple step to practice an effective meditation session

First let's get to know meditation? What is it and how to meditate? Meditation is basically a way to exercise your mind, and meditation is used for several purposes: relaxing, preparing for a task, or charging energy and strength. Let us know how meditation will help you.

1 - Sit down and put your hands on your knees or in your lap and make your back straight.
2 - Make your neck soft and slightly soften your chin.
3 - Do not focus your eyes on a particular thing, staring in the middle spaces without specifying.
4. Breathe deeply at least five times, then breathe through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
5. With another exhalation close your eyes.
6. Sit quietly inside your body. Be aware of your feelings as your body touches the chair and meets your foot to the ground.
7 - feel the weight of your hands and your arms lying on your body.
8. Know your senses: Note anything you smell, taste or hear. Be aware of your cold, warmth, or air movement around you.
9. Check your body from head to foot. Where do you feel tension or discomfort?
10. Check again. This time try to identify places that feel comfortable and relaxed. Twenty seconds for each examination.
11 - Face your consciousness to your own thinking now, know the ideas that jump inside you without your will.
12 - I know you did not sit here today. You may be waiting for your thoughts to stop, but remind yourself that this is impossible.
13-Now, note the changes that breathing causes in your body. Watch your own feeling in your belly, chest, and shoulders.
14. Focus on the quality of each breath. Know if it is deep or superficial, short or long and so on.
15 - It is normal to shine ideas in your mind at this stage, so it is good to remind yourself to return to focus on your breathing.
16 - After your breathing quietly, one at the first inspiration, two when exhaling and three at the next inhalation and so on up to ten.
17 - Now prepare all the previous steps from the first step.
